Brocksbarn Hedgehog Rescue

The Douglas and Joanne Chapman Trust was recently able to award a grant to Brocksbarn Hedgehod rescue for a hedgehog building. The response we got from Tessa who runs the Hedgehog privides us with great  opride in the potential we can offer from the Douglas and Joanne Chapman Trust.

 

'It is fantastic.  I am absolutely thrilled with it and so very grateful. It is everything I dreamed of and more! It is a lovely environment in which to work and care for these dear creatures.

The room in my house that I originally used for the Rescue is being divided up into an office and an ICU with incubators and boxes for the very ill and very young. Once big enough and well enough to be in a cage, they are moved to the building where they can continue to heal and grow in a very quiet space.'
